Hire Rates Current hire prices indicate 1st day and 2nd day rates. 3-7 days hire attracts the Weekly Rate and is charged at 3 times the 1st day hire rate unless otherwise specified.
Identification You are required to provide us with identification when hiring our equipment. One form of ID needs to be a current driver’s licence. You may also be required to supply other forms of ID such as a Passport, Phone Bill, Medicare Card, Electricity Bill or Bank Statements. Please contact us for more information.
Hire Agreements & Security Bonds All hires are subject to the “Terms & Conditions” as set out in our Hire Agreement. Upon hire, a deposit of $30(non-refundable) is payable to secure the booking. A refundable* Security Bond of $50 will be added to all hire costs and is payable prior to any equipment being released. *The Security Bond will be refunded as long as the equipment is not damaged and is returned by the agreed return date/time.
Late Returns All equipment should be returned on time to avoid any extra charges. All late returns are subject to additional hire costs and are charged as per the 1st day rate, per day late. Other fees may also apply.
Delivery The hire rates quoted are ‘equipment hire only’. They do not include delivery, set-up, operation or pick-up of any equipment unless specified. Additional costs are payable for a delivery service. Please contact us for a quote.
Payments Payments can be made via cash, money order, cheque, credit card, or direct deposit. Please Note: A 1% surcharge will apply for all Credit Card payments. Prices are subject to change without notice.
